Terms and policies of use

Kizuna is a forum for communication and interaction between users of the KyōDynamicscommunity. kyodynamics.com will try with the means at its disposal, to provide the service free of charge and in the best technical conditions. Although it is a free space, it is governed by these conditions and policies of use. In the event that the user breaches any of them, KyōDynamics reserves the right to cancel his account and restrict his participation in the activities of KyōDynamics.

1. INTRODUCTION

The Terms and Conditions of Use apply between the user (hereinafter "user" or "member") and KIZUNA, (hereinafter referred to as "KIZUNA", "Forum", "We", "Our") the virtual forum of Kyodynamics SA de CV (hereinafter referred to as "The Company" or "KyōDynamics"), when using the Website, the forum or its Services.

KIZUNA is a platform for interaction and exchange of information and knowledge of people who have been part of KyōDynamics courses or research projects. The forum offers social, interaction and additional content features, as well as other products and services that may be developed over time (the "Service"). Publishers and authors retain all copyright to their own content and materials.

The Service is available through the KyōDynamics website https://www.kyodynamics.com (the "Website").

The Terms apply regardless of the platform or device that the user uses to access the service and regardless of whether he has purchased the Service or it has been made available to him free of charge.

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age or older and have a computer with an Internet connection and/or an access device (smartphone or tablet). In the event that kyodynamics.com makes an offer through a given campaign, the user must comply with the requirements established in it.

Kyodynamics.com may offer access to Exclusive Content free of charge for a limited period of time. The user may access all or some parts of the Content during the indicated period, provided that he agrees to the applicable terms and conditions.

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

KIZUNA is a dynamic forum that includes user posts, information sections, and other features to enable and motivate interaction among members. "User generated content" means all types of information and messages posted by users in this forum.

If you wish to access and/or participate in the forum you must comply with our terms and conditions. It is necessary that the user reads, knows and accepts them before making use of this forum. The Terms also specify the circumstances in which access to the services of this forum and kyodynamics.com may be restricted or prohibited.

kyodynamics.com does not fully monitor all User Generated Content posted on KIZUNA and does not review it in real time. However, upon a report or notification by any user about Content that is misleading, offensive, illegal, infringes the rights of third parties or potentially violates these Terms, it will be reviewed and decided on its removal from the forum.

We define by commercial content that is not related to the topics of the forum and link to any website of product offer. Offers or recommendations of software, products or services will also be considered commercial content. Moderators can remove commercial content or edit it if they suspect that the user sending the message is trying to make a profit.

KIZUNA is a free forum supported and sponsored by kyodynamics.com. To access the full content you only need a permission granted by the moderators, with the only requirement of having taken a kyōDynamics Institute course or having participated in professional projects or research with KyōDynamics.

Members are solely responsible for paying any Internet connection or telecommunications charges you may incur when accessing KIZUNA.

To maintain the forum, kyodynamics.com may accept duly identified advertisers to be recognized by users. The members will be solely responsible for the evaluation and contracting of the products and services that they may access through this website. kyodynamics.com will not be part of or responsible for the contracts concluded between the user and companies or individuals offering products or services that may have been accessed through the forum or the website. kyodynamics.com does not guarantee the veracity of the ads or offers published by users or advertisers.

To cancel your membership, you can do so from "Your Account" by following the instructions set forth.

6. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION OF SERVICE

The user has the right, at any time, to cancel his membership through the "Manage Subscription" section. If you cancel your membership you will no longer be able to access the Content.

Kyodynamics.com has the right to suspend access to the Service when the user breaches the applicable Terms, laws or regulations.

Kyodynamics.com will use reasonable efforts to provide the Services and Content functionally and without interruption. Neither we, our licensors, partners, publishers nor the suppliers can guarantee, expressly or implicitly, that the Service or its Contents will meet the requirements and expectations of the user or that the Service will be available without interruption, will be fast, secure or error-free.

 

The Service will be available and accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, kyodynamics.com cannot guarantee that use of the Service will be uninterrupted or faultless at all times due to causes outside of us. The user is solely responsible for his Internet connection. The Service may not be available in whole or in part when maintenance, improvements or updates are made to the Website or forum. To the best of our ability, we will do our best to inform you in advance of downtime.

 

You are responsible for configuring your computer equipment and technology required to access the Services or the Website and you must use your own virus protection software.
