Cancellations and refunds Participants who need to cancel their registration can do so up to one day before the start of the course and will receive a refund of 80% of the amount paid, the remaining 20% will be a charge for administrative expenses. Any cancellation must be notified by email from the same used in your registration. Although KyōDynamics Institute may limit the maximum number of participants, it does not require a minimum for the opening of courses, however, it reserves the right to make changes or cancellations for reasons not attributable to the Institute that include: failure in the electricity supply on the day of the course, contagion of Covid-19 of the academic faculty, natural disasters in the host city, etc. By registering, the participant agrees that Kyodynamics SA de CV uses their data solely and exclusively for the purposes set out in their privacy policy.
